As we stumble through life; we learn how to balance our expectation towards life.  It’s only with a struggle that we learn to accept what life throws to us, and the pain alters our perception toward it. Hence, with time, those experiences stretch us a little further towards growing with maturity. With faith, life’s different lessons can mold our personalities to accept and expect everything. Through this article, I will try to explain the reasons behind anger, the importance of our attitudes, and how to manage our emotions.

What is a motive? It is the drive to do something. Our motivation is a tiny coin of incentive to push us forward in thinking or speaking in any desired manner. Primarily, fear beholds a primitive reaction toward anger or violence. It pushes you toward aggression or overreaction. That is aggression results as a psychological defense against fear. In other words, we choose to project aggression to conceal our weakness from others.

An incident could make up different reactions with different people, and accordingly, we choose exactly how we present ourselves to the public. For example, if a person got their feelings hurt by someone, that person would either become angry and violent or would act apathetically, showing indifference to the situation, when in reality they would be veiling anger. A third reaction would be pushing down anger resulting in pent-up stress and conflicts of emotions [guilt, worry, and depression]

Secondly, the perfect formula to life is to maintain a positive attitude, which is a significant component towards a successful life. On the other hand, a pessimistic attitude will always pull you severely into a wayward path filled with delusion and failure.  In other words, to win life, one has to be flexible enough to sway with the wind, and firm enough to stand still. The ability to bend, sway and ground self is considered a trait to win life with. Your ability to absorb whatever comes your way, and adapt it according to your priority will always take you to great places. Be wise enough because what you give into the universe will always come back to haunt you!

How to manage your emotions is an important factor towards controlling the outcome of any negative reaction. Managing the roots of your emotions and what makes you tick in certain situations will empower you to control the outcome of your emotions. Basically, how we behave towards fate would always dictate the path we would be walking on. Therefore, prepare yourself mentally and emotionally to face life’s different battles. And by preparing yourself you need to be flexible, open-minded, and having good faith in God.  Clear your internal system by averting away from negative feelings as they eat away the soul and the body.

Simple Tools to drain anger from your system:

  1. Practice Deep breathing for 5 minutes and gradually take it up with time.
  2. Listen to Beta music to strengthen the concentration and cool you down; follow the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSMp_uhUYBE
